The 2010 maple syrup season is well under way! With one of the earliest starts on record and an incredible run of warm weather most producers have been scambling to set up equipment, tap trees and process the flowing sap. Our first boil was on March 6th and we have produced over 2000 liters of excellent quality maple syrup so far. This week will be a great time to visit our sugar bush. We now have freshly packaged maple syrup, sugar, butter and taffy just waiting for you to sample. Call ahead to be sure the sap is flowing.
