Shipping policy

We love to offer flexibility to our customers, and that is why there are three methods to receive our products:

1) You are welcome to pick them up at our sugar camp for free. This will be arranged after purchase to find a date/time that works for you and allows for us to make your product (each product is made fresh for each order). 

2) We offer free local delivery within 30km of our sugar camp for a purchase over $50. Social distancing and safety measure will be in place for delivery. 

3) We use couriers or Canada Post to ship our items. This option is integrated in to our website check out system. You will receive shipping notifications and tracking information once the products are on their way to you. The customer is responsible for all duties and import taxes when shipping internationally.
